The cow hide is the least concerning thing about the interior design of this bathroom.
The fact that the ladder/stairs are visible probably means that the flat is tiny and if the camera did a 180 you'd see the front door

Sort of the perfect gift for someone who refuses to accept their lactose intolerance. Hides those times when defeat slips from between the clenched cheeks of victory. It also gives them something to look at while suffering the consequences of one too many sips of a milkshake which, if it was coming out any faster, would still be cold.
