Ahh, thats how the US calculated the tariffs...
hear me out though. to calculate 10+9, first add 1 by 9 which is 10. 10+10 is 20. Finally revert 10 to get 01=1, add the 1 and it is 21. It checks out.
After apending two years performing this calculation, I can finally confirm: it is correct.
