I’m not well informed regarding Ukrainian leadership, but what I do know is that there were men who would have taken the money and do what papa putin says. That’s the difference between Zelensky and the others: he was not open to take money.
(I’m not saying everyone else of previous leadership was corrupt.)

I have no direct answer.
Regarding health I was and still am in a similar position. What helped me was educating myself about the issue I’ve had and still have (less).
Running the risk of looking like cultist i can suggest the YouTube channel “dr Berg dc”.
He’s Not a professional in the things he teaches, but his input has educated and sensibilized (wth) me to be able to know what to do and how to help myself.
His new videos tend to be more and more clickbaity. He delivers always the info tho.
I suggest you simply search youtube for a symptom followed by the channel name. He covers a wide range of issues.
This book didn’t traumatise me but I remember it was really dark and maybe too dark for kids.
Remembering the guy with the long legs cutting fingers off, this is horror movie material how I remember it… maybe traumatise it did

I currently just use the webapp (no difference to the app). To „install“ the webapp (iOS) just go to the website and create a shortcut on homescreen.
I love it and probably wouldn’t use lemmy without it!
