I will admit, I thought that making fun of ICE Barbie’s looks was unnecessary and the GOP counter would be exactly what she said. But, I still laughed because she’s made of plastic.
Plus she's a horrible person.

I don't know if the article mentions this, but she said she didn't even watch it.
Which makes it funny that she thinks they were only making fun of her looks, because they were overwhelmingly making fun of her for killing puppies.
this is practically any conservatives calling thigns woke, never watch trek, or stargate, star wars call it woke, boyz/genV, doctor who too. they only need to hear an characther was gender or raceswapped and they get thier panties in a wad.

I think she's saying that she is a women, and she is being made fun of by Liberals for how she looks. The implication is that men don't receive the same treatment, not that South Park is making fun of all women.

Personally, I'm not sure I would really consider making fun of someone's cosmetic surgery to be the same as making fun of their looks. Like yes, technically, it is, but it's really just making fun of their personal choices.
Making fun of someone for their genetics is a dick move. But compulsive plastic surgery isn't genetics, it's a voluntary personal choice based on insecurity and vanity (obviously excluding medically recommended plastic surgery, like for severe burns, cleft lip, etc). That's fair game, as far as I'm concerned.

The episode also depicted Vance as an annoying man-baby who gets kicked around (literally) by Donald Trump. Vance responded on X by posting: “Well, I’ve made it.”
We're going to watch it this weekend, so I didn't dive too deeply.

Libertarians are fluffers for Conservative fascism. Where as they'll accuse progressives of being PC-Police, and attempt damaging philosophical criticisms there, when it comes to Conservativism they tend to go soft. Only giving marginal personal critiques, because Libertarians and Conservatives both want to remove regulations and rights. They both want less laws and reprocussions. Less protections for the vulnerable. More markets and moneyed companies in control.

Look, body dismorphia is a thing. Women in public are critizised for aging normally. No getting around that, but that doesn't mean we can just ignore the fact that when ignoring the option of therapy, she asked for "Sad 90's Pornstar Face #44283" at the bargain basement plastic surgeon as a way to win favor in with the GOP.

I didn't watch the episode, but I did watch a lot of scenes that other people have posted, and I suspect that includes most, if not all, of the scenes where they portray Kristi Noem.
NOT ONCE did they make fun of the way she looks in any part that I saw. Maybe I missed it, like it was in a different part, but I'm sure that she's referring to the same scenes that I saw. I can't imagine that she actually sat down and watched the episode. The only thing they said about her looks was when Mr. Mackey said something like "She looks nice."
It is obvious that Noem has had many cosmetic procedures. I don't think she denies it. The botox is obvious. South Park did make extensive fun of all the cosmetic procedures and botox she's had, but not about the way that she looked before or after the procedures.
I don't think we should accept Noem's rewriting of history to make herself a victim. South Park did not make fun of her for how she looks, at least not in the parts I saw.
Yeah, but conservatives only see women as stay at home submissive non-voting breeding stock.
