I don't get it, maybe cause I don't have Instagram. What's this meant to represent, since I assume it's not about trucks doing impossible u-turns

Never understood this. Then it should be 'everybody:', right? because now 'nobody' is silent
As it stands right now, it means "nobody said nothing"; your way it would mean "everybody said nothing".
