Half the military and technology assets that won't ever actually be used to help NATO under Trump.

He'll veto every action that goes against Russia... Which is what NATO was originally formed to do...

Honestly I don't think it's really due to Elon hate. Sure people might not like him there much but it's not nearly as intense as the left/right divide in the US.

The real reason is that in Europe they aren't banning Chinese cars outright, so they have to compete against Chinese cars that are amazingly advanced for the price.

Anyways I'm sure Tesla's plan to drop the $25000 model is working out just fine.

These cars are passing EU safety tests which are generally more demanding than the USA.

They are definitely getting good, fast.

Do immigrants even like other immigrants? They're basically competition

It's less that people are putting faith in Elon (sure, some fanatics might be), but it's that everyone else is somehow even worse.

SpaceX is actually getting stuff to space, despite their prototypes blowing up. Hell, even if this Starship thing is a complete failure and never works, their existing rocket, the Falcon, is still far beyond any of the competition.

The SLS: $10 Billion and a decade late to develop a ship that recycles old Space shuttle parts, then costs $2-3 Billion per launch, and maybe can only launch one every 2 years.

ULA Vulcan: currently years late, still finding problems, and even after all that gets worked out, it can maybe do 6 launches a year?

SpaceX: 1-2 launches per week.

That's not faith, that's just facts. I would absolutely love to have somebody else step up and take SpaceX's crown, but... there really isn't anybody. Bezos's Blue Origin may have the biggest chance, but they are more likely to act like ULA than SpaceX.

High school requires at least a second language class to graduate, I believe. Most people take French as it's the "default" one that all schools offer, but my school also had Spanish, Mandarin, and Japanese, iirc. But that was decades ago.

A good case makes phones much more comfortable to hold. Modern phones seem to be aiming for maximum slipperiness and sharp corners because it looks "premium"

How does she manage to destroy cases so quickly? Does she chew them or something? Are you sure your daughter isn't a dog?

Actually the main issue is men aren't taught how to provide emotional support. I have difficulty with it myself. Heck, I think half of men can barely handle their own emotions properly, much less someone else's.

Men are there for their bros. But generally men expect their bros to ask for more physical support. Lend a tool, some muscle, use their car, help them carry furniture, lend some cash. Men will be perfectly ok to help a bro out at the drop of a hat for things like that.

But ask how to figure out how to get over a relationship? Uhhh...

It's less the issue of opening the door, and more the problem of having a fucking nutjob running around inside your plane

I don't see a "no parking" sign
