They should give me tea in a mug instead of a waxed paper cup (and plastic lid!) then!

This is right by the cafe/site office/car park though. The reception desk is about 20m to the left and staffed during daylight hours year round.

Not like it's in the middle of nowhere.

I get your point, there are very few bins elsewhere (mostly by the other car parks) and that's fine. It's just that the place that gives you rubbish makes it hard to responsibly get rid of it.

I think it's a pretty good description. Has a tarmac car park, cafe, bike hire, 3 go ape routes, wheelchair accessible routes and until recently, bins!

I think the site office has a post box

No racoons here. The previous bins had spring loaded flaps to keep the animals out.

They had some reasonably nice bins with wooden shells around them and spring loaded doors to keep the birds etc out.

If you have a 50mb/s connection, surely someone sending you 100mbs of data would fill your line? The firewall is on your router, so the line to it would be maxed?

You can hear to some level, the boats and actions in the vicinity of the cable. So it might provide evidence in case of a break.

It also lets you know if the cable is moving round on the seabed etc, this is useful as it can cause wear.

I seem to remember it being used to check the health of power cables too (they have fibre cables embedded within them)

Look at mostly indexes rather than managed funds. Much lower fees for normally more performance.

Take a look at some whole Europe indexes (check where management is based if that matters) looking at their descriptions/top 10s to see what/where they are actually investing in.

That will mostly get you the big European conglomerates though, you may then have to look into country specific indexes to get the smaller cap companies.

You don't have to put everything in one basket. Check the buy/sell fees if any and the min investment, you may be able to put €200 in 10 different funds/indexes. (No point if they all invest in the same thing though)

I watched a great video on it and it's shocking.... But he really did cut the crime rates.

It's gone from high chance of being murdered to medium chance of being arrested without trial, most consider that an improvement.... For now.

Probably going to go full power hungry dictator at some point though, they almost all do ☹️

I tend to spend a weekend cooking and freezing loads, then not really cooking for weeks.

So it's a massive targeted shop every few weeks to do that, then mostly small trips (often on foot/bike) to the local shops to get milk and any odd things I run out of, or if I feel like mixing dinner up with something else.

Then you are using it for music and pay the full rate.
