Scrub that off with abrasive scrubs full of chemicals and you exposure a "fresh" layer that looks good and healthy, but doesn't offer the same protection. Which can lead to issues like acne or even skin cancer.

I guarantee you he's going to get health issues because of his teeth. His gums have rotted away and routinely bleed (he wipes the blood from his gums on his bedroom wall btw). His home is infested with rats, cockroaches and god knows what else that I'm honestly surprised he hasn't been bitten by a rat yet while he's sleeping.
