You can choose which part you want, however where exactly is random based on the birth rate (if a region has a higher birth rate it is more likely that you are born there). What part would you choose and why?

No one said anything about having to stay there, and Australia-only at least basically guarantees the option, unlike let's say many African countries.

There's not a lot* of dangerous critters in that part of Australia, most of them live further north.

Besides, Florida already has invasive 48-legged spider-roos. They're still not as bad as Florida Man.
