I'm looking at some CWWK, topton, and oaknode boards online for an upcoming build. I'm throwing proxmox and OPNsense on this. There's a ryzen 8845HS board I'm curious about but there's also some intel boards I could drop an i5-14600T used CPU into that could work well too. Either way I would have an intel ARC GPU in the PCI slot for media decode/encode and a coral TPU in the E-key M2 slot for frigate object recognition.

But I get conflicting info online about these boards being a waste of time and money. I see things about them burning out, or having weird BIOS bugs that never get fixed. On the other hand, NAScompares seems to like these boards. Are these something I should avoid?

Today's game is Uncharted 1. I kind of had to put this together after being in a situation where I only had my PS3 on hand but not my PC. So I played some more of this game out of the selection I had on hand. I forgot how difficult this game can be at times compared to 4 or even 2 and 3.

This specific section is the one that has given me the most trouble. I kept getting flanked by an enemy with a shotgun. Couple that with the game's awkward choice of shoulder buttons to aim and shoot and it's like trying to fist fight with tic tacks. I got through it after like 4 attempts though and made my way into the catacombs.

And these damn catacombs have me on edge, because I know I'm inching closer to when those damn zombie things appear. I just don't know exactly when they appear so I'm always on edge waiting for one to spring out and maul me to death. Still though, I feel like I have a bit to go. I'm not sure though.
