Every once in a while I remember that people could smoke on airplanes and trains and I am so thankful that that fucking bullshit is over. My god, that was some awful shit.

I hate that AI is controlled by a few huge corporations and that it consumes ungodly amounts of resources. Otherwise I'd be completely fine with it. At least 90% of anything is shit anyway and everything humans create is built on what came before, so I think AI just mimics what we've been doing since forever. But as it is controlled by just a few assholes who burn the planet down even faster I am against it.

Not really internet. I remember a video I saw when I was a kid, like 6-7 years old. It must've run alongside Sesame Street or something, because that was the only stuff I was allowed to watch back then. It was some sort of PSA about wearing a seat belt. A father, who was also an actor on the German Sesame Street, was picking up his young daughter, she sat in the backseat. She wanted to show him what she learned playing the recorder and played a bit for him. He had to break, looked back and saw the flute sticking out his daughter's mouth. That fucking thing sticks with me to this day. Must've been early 80s on German TV. I have no hope of ever being able to traumatize others with that shit, but I wish I could just so I can talk about it.

As Samsung is blocking custom ROMs with OneUI 8, I seriously need to look into alternatives. Does anyone have good experience with a custom ROM on a S25 Ultra? The only thing I really worry about are my banking apps. I need those to work.

I wish. I lost my 1TB drive of somewhat sorted MP3s and it took all the energy of collecting music with it. I've been using Spotify since then. But I still miss that drive.
