Why is this a federal case to begin with? Seems like it should be in state court.

I think the GOO sent a pretty clear message back in 2021 when they failed to convict Trump in the impeachment trial after the January 6th riot.
I thought the accusation during the campaign was it was the dogs they ate.
“… and nothing of value was lost.”
Sounds like a sovereign citizen “where’s the wet ink signature?” kind of complaint.
The worst was when someone left for vacation without releasing their file locks.
