Just received an official warning from reddit when I posted the following comment
"Boo hoo, Elon. You stole an election, costed thousands of people their jobs and did untold damage to the federal services that protect people in this country but the second your stock crashes you start crying about how mean people are to you? Go fuck yourself"

Reddit has always been this way. You're only just now taking notice. It seems to be accelerating in severity though.
I've had dozens if not hundreds of accounts over the past 15+ years. Around 2016 is when things severely accelerated. All my accounts gradually got whittled away. I have none left as of several years ago. Political replies that hurt conservatives feelings will inevitably land an account ban for trumped up reasons (no pun intended). At the very least enough subreddit mods will (shadow)ban you until it becomes a useless account. Most people don't check or notice if their accounts have been ghosted.
The founders of reddit are "free speech absolutists". Translation: right wing bad actors. Their whole world view is one where they aren't overtly conservative. oh no of course not. They're open minded "centrists". You're allowed to say what you want but if they don't like it they'll surreptitiously silence you. This is their whole game. Don't ask me why they're this way though. Sociopathy maybe?
Keep in mind. spez is the one who said we must have "valuable discussion" with r/the_donald even though it was the biggest hive of trolls the internet has ever seen. At this point does anyone even know about all this anymore? It's as if that whole period of reddit got memoryholed.

Huffman and Musk are the same kind of person. Only spez has been at it and under the radar for far longer. He didn't suddenly pivot. He didn't fall under pressure from Musk. There's no doubt in my mind he's more than gladly doing this. Though I bet he thinks Musk is too obvious about it. spez is far more discrete.

They are trying to eliminate liberal spaces online everywhere they can. The timing of their actions with regard to Elon purchasing and corrupting Twitter and Trump starting up his two minutes hate platform Truth Social are pretty suspect. It took a while for the liberals to leave Twitter and right as liberal influence on the site was at its lowest, they held the election. They solidified support for right wing media while destroying spaces for left wing media. And it worked.
Remember the time when spez celebrated that Elon Musk bought Twitter? I'm not surprised considering that they're the type of people to have a blowjob and suck each other's dicks every day.
What Elon doesn't in any way register, because he's a prissy little spoilt brat who was told he's amazing and smart and better than everyone, growing up, (even though he's none of those things), is that every dollar he has, was given to him by millions of hands, of people. If the people turn on him, that stops. He's done enough to evoke hate across the planet. It's impressive, how world hated he is, and he hasn't even personally spearheaded a genocide, as is usual, for this level of hate.
