I literally don't talk to a lot of people in real life about my COVID vaccinations because I don't want to hear any dumbfucks blame my very common prior to COVID cancer on me having gotten the COVID vaccine. I just don't have the energy for such stupidity in my life.

The strategy moving forward might just have to be, 'I had cancer - terminal, stage 9 - got the jab, and what do you know, I'm cured and got a promotion.'
I similarly don't bring it up. Quite telling though to hear how some people mention the vaccines. Their intonation can be a good barometer of how much I'd like to engage with them.
For bonus points, you were on ivermectin when you got the cancer.
Ivermectin gave me the cancer, the vaccine cured it!
To flip the common mentality on these knuckleheads:
"Screw you. Got mine."
I heard the vaccine would render me infertile, kill my brain cells, whatever.
Whelp, my ADHD certainly hasn't gotten better. But I'm expecting my firstborn, conceived with a vaccinated spouse with no scientific assistance.
Most importantly: Still breathing.
Generally, the inexperienced and dubiously qualified panel did not have a good grasp of how any of their recommendations would translate to real-world practices.
For instance, in two other votes related to COVID-19 vaccines this afternoon, the panel voted in favor of recommending changes to informed-consent processes. But it's entirely unclear what those recommendations mean in practice—if anything.
As expected, inept idiots incompetently bungled their way to pretty much nothing. Great job fuckwits. Go home. To russia.
