This should be related to the Bosnian war, that happened 30 years ago. The 30th anniversary of Srebrenica massacre will be in this month, as it happened between July 11 and 31 in 1995
The guy on the left is Ratko Mladic, leader of the bosnian serb army, currently he is serving his life sentence in the Hague
I don't really see how this is a shitpost.
If you want to see good movies about the conflict, No Man's Land is a very good very dark comedy by a bosnian director. Scream for me Sarajevo is a documentary about an Iron Maiden concert held in Sarajevo during the siege

There was a girl in my middle school that started around that time and she said she was from Bosnia. She mentioned a conflict but didn't go into details. She wrote her name on my bookbag. I had a crush on her, but didn't say anything. That is all.
So it's not related to top gear
Hmm. There's only 1 thing I know about top gear. That presenter guy, the old one, what's his name? His father-in-law was awarded a Victoria's Cross for actions during the Battle of Arnhem; the famous a bridge too far. 7 VCs were awarded in that battle, but he was the only one who made it out alive.
