If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

Actually, if nobody steps up and busts his ass for this, the crisis is over. So is the Constitution.
The seldom-used law that gives the president authority to detain or deport nationals of an enemy nation during wartime. It's the first time the act has been used since World War II.
And the reason that it hasn't been used since World War II is that Congress has not actually declared war since World War II.
They've never declared war, yet we've almost constantly been at war. Real weird, that one.
We've been in armed conflicts not war. Don't ask me to define the difference because I don't get it either.
We all knew he would. And he'll suffer no repercussions for his crime.
... so no contempt of court? Every person "just following orders" from the top on down needs to be arrested, charged, and detained until the courts decide on the punishment for refusing to follow the law. Unless that happens there's no law and no Constitutional Republic in play.
