I need a lemmy based replacement for MarchAgainstNazis since that mod team has been seriously compromised.
Can't sound like you criticize reddit itself or admin actions in any way, benign things being silently removed/hidden. can't say anything against actual nazi's now.

So, when your account is banned on Reddit, does that remove all your posts? Because that would be cool. I left Reddit back in mid 2023 and came to Lemmy. I tried to delete all my old posts there, but they wouldn't let me. I tried editing them and they reverted back to their original form. When I deleted them, they appeared to be deleted while I was logged in, but if I logged into another account the posts were still there. If getting a ban will get them deleted finally, then that would be well worth paying that cesspool a visit for a while.

Reddit sucks because of the moderation, yet the current zeitgeist continues to be that this extra moderation is some wondrous, beautiful thing that improves everything it touches, and new platforms need more of it. Fuck that & fuck Reddit.

Still got my Reddit acct but yeah. I set up a Lemmy acct when I saw this. For insurance when the rest of Reddit fully enshitifies.

And with that- I have deleted my Reddit account that I have had for 13 years lol. Fuuuuck that. I don't even care if that gets reversed after Nintendo gets involved. This is ridiculous behavior.

Yeah, I got a notice and I don't even know what for as I have never spoken of Luigi. My best guess is that I responded to a poster talking about the inevitability of the USA rolling into Canada and taking everything and there's nothing we can do to stop it. I wrote back that Trump isn't getting anything and that I will die to protect my country. Boom, warning email from Reddit. Fuck them.
