Try to grab an Audacity-like program for android. Audacity itself hasn't been made for Android but I'm sure there are similar programs.
See if any program allows you to record audio within android and spit out an export copy to be saved. That way you can record however long you want. This is what I do with Audacity on desktop, is record audio on desktop on things that couldn't be found in a more streamline way.
