7. No duplicate posts.
If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

Not that I didn't agree with your sentiment, but those could impact their future employment somewhere else. Although I have played pretend manager of a fictional restaurant for a friend before.

There’s no database of jobs you’ve held in your life. Getting fired only screws you over if you tell the next place that you got fired. If they do a check and find posts, just says it’s a different person with your name. Also, stop cataloging your life on social media for anyone to research, it has never helped anyone.
Wait, you mean I don't really have a permanent record that I'm never allowed to see, following me through my life? But they always said "it would go on my permanent record." Now you're saying they were lying?
The Work Number maintains a database of employment records that employers can contribute to, and it's commonly used for: Employment verification for new jobs Income verification for loans, rentals, etc. Background checks
They also sometimes keep track of "eligible for rehire" status which basically tells whether you've been fired.
Also can be used to low ball you in your next position.
