How is that different than saying to avoid an area because of a heavy police presence? The news does that all the time with "traffic reports" and other "dangerous" situations where police are involved.
Telling someone about the public presence of a public figure/entity either isn't or shouldn't be illegal and frankly, I don't really give a shit about what's legal when my rights and the rights of others are being consistently and illegally violated.
