Vance has like zero charisma. At least Trump was good at channeling some people’s anger, but Vance can’t do that in the same way. He seems too stuck up for the idiots that liked Trump bc he “talked like a normal guy” (re: idiot) but he’s also too annoying for everyone else. I’ve never met a Trumpie that actually liked Vance. The biggest danger with Vance is that he still has his mental faculties, unlike Trump. And that is quite a big danger

Tldr things are shitty either way, just in different ways

I think the whole Republican Party knows this, and would like to set it up to rule without elections. Yet another thing Trump telegraphed during the election.
