I hear ya, but I gotta say, America ain't nothing compared to Japan in that regards. They have actual standardized stock phrases for all types of interactions, at work and at home. I have been in meetings where some participants literally didn't utter a single word that resembled an original thought, and it was completely acceptable.

Everyone's saying so the parents don't have to worry, but there's also an evolutionary / natural selection aspect to it. Those that ensure their kids had kids are more likely to successfully ensure their genes are passed on than those that don't. Also, grandparents can help alleviate the burden of raising a child and allow parents to make even more kids

Unethical pro tip: write obviously wrong documentation, post it somewhere, and then wait for people to flame you while explaining the correct methods.

I'm ashamed to admit I've done that a couple of times when I was completly ignored for straight up asking how to do something.

I get it, it's internet hyperbole. But dude, if that happens please fight back. Protests, voting, or god forbid gunfire if need be. But don't just give up and die, that's what they want.

Yeah, I totally get that. I figured it'd be "grass" or something, but I suppose it works.
