How do we know Elon didn’t give a “verbal” order to have them torched?

With how much companies leaks our personal data, I’m shocked this hasn’t happened sooner.

There’s still JD Vance. Trump will be the scapegoat for all of the dirty work that was done to usher in a fascist regime. Vance will be presented as the calmer and more focused dictator.

Yea, I’m no doomer. But, I read a lot of history. Trump getting inaugurated and Elon throwing a seig heil twice solidified my belief that there will be no 2028 presidential election.

Trump will manufacture a “Reichstag Fire” moment which will be used to blame “antifa”, “leftists”, “trans”, “immigrants”, etc. and then martial law will be implemented. However, this will only come after Trump feels satisfied that the military has been purged of any high ranking officials that may dissent.

Once martial law is enforced, they will continue to purge anti-Trump dissenters and any marginalized groups.

Trump could very well pull all of this off by 2026 midterms let alone 3 years from now before the next presidential election.

Horrible take. I absolutely do not give a fuck about arbitrary internet points and would like to see an open discussion without a majority bias downvoting someone into oblivion just because they disagree. For example, your comment will not be hidden just because your comment is being downvoted.

The only thing bringing profile karma to Lemmy will do is attract botters to inflate their credibility. Those could also be used to downvote others so the botter’s comments and posts are pushed to the top.

Why make this assumption? Is there a reason you believe we need that karma system? I genuinely can’t think of any reason, outside of corporate interest to push engagement.

lol yea. I’m an American and fully support other nations boycotting our goods but I’m noticing an overlap with these boycotts and nationalist-imperialist sentiments.
