The idea that the core of Dallas is walkable is hilarious. There are portions of DFW that have been specifically curated to be walkable, but they're usually akin to a theme park. You drive there, park in a giant parking lot (or worse, just endless strips of store front parking), then walk around what is effectively an outdoor shopping mall.

Listen, maybe I'm jaded, but this just feels like one more lame-ass attempt to cram more propaganda about the "efficiency of big business" down our throats.

This is dumb and the amount of people upvoting is a perfect demonstration of why we got a second Trump administration.

I wish. I do miss the organic goofiness of reddit.

I'm not saying Metacritic is the end-all be-all, but it does confirm the most commonly held opinion about the popularity of the modern games. You may think that there is a real debate here but that just isn't the case. 4 and 76 are pretty firmly the less well received of these games.

Nope. If you're a member of ICE in the year 2025 you are an amoral piece of shit that deserves every bit of suffering the universe deals to you. "Just following orders" wasn't an acceptable defense 80 years ago and it isn't now.

Honestly the only reason I'm not advocating for direct violence against these monsters is because it will only make the situation worse. Let them burn.

I am a construction worker in Texas. You are mistaken. I do agree that some light is starting to show through the cracks for people inclined to question what they have been told. There are plenty that are enthused about the actions being taken while simultaneously bitching about the state of the economy. Then they get mad and turtle up the moment you challenge their world view. I'm so tired of trying to rationalize people out of a position they didn't rationalize themself into.

It's coming. They're officallt trying to "declare war" on American cities. There is going to be violent backlash, and unfortunately that's exactly what they want.

Well yeah, don't you remember? Obama was the anti-Christ.
