Does your washer use a "heat dry" cycle at the end? Ive been putting in plastic lids on top and bottom racks but shutting off the heat dry setting for years and nothing's warped, I think that's the major culprit

Some weird ass family I grew up near had a piss corner in the basement. Always thought it was just a rumour. Then one day I was there and saw a damp section of the wall to wall carpet in their basement, got down on my knees and smelled it because I had to know. Yup, smelled like piss.

Friend of mine had his flight from Toronto to Regina cancelled while they were boarding their first flight to Toronto. Exhausted all options and opted to rent a car a drive from Pearson to Regina, with 2 young kids and a dog. They've been driving since Friday

This was the argument I used in high school when I wanted an Xbox 360. My parents were super reluctant given the cost, and then I told them I have nothing to talk about with friends in the hallways and I'm left out of conversations (I was). They reconsidered and eventually folded, and I was very appreciative
