Completely agree and it doesn't help that it's an ever moving goalpost. I feel like most people understand that as long as you are acting in good faith it's all fine.
I think you are the only one to correctly state that one can be true without the other making them not synonymous and I appreciate it.

Another unrelated person here. I'd guess they were saying that rent control makes it less feasible to have a livable location. Or that the landlord was intentionally trying to drive them out so they could raise the rent on me tenants.
I definitely have and that doesn't change the fact that I'd rather not risk damaging others property for an extra 15 minutes of work.

My favorite windows shortcut is 'Windows+shift+left/right' to move an application between monitors. Very helpful for moving games around or snapping without have to use a mouse.
