CurseForge shares a slice of their ad revenue with creators, so getting money simply depends on how many people visited your page. Even if a mod is unpopular, you still get a minuscule amount of money.

I should mention that you get paid in "points", and these points can be used to redeem money. For example, every 100 points = 5 USD.

I wrote some Minecraft mods and uploaded them to CurseForge. I still get about 5 USD every week. It used to be every 3 to 4 days but I seldomly upload new stuff now. For reference, my projects have 1.6M total downloads combined, 2k weekly.

It's nowhere near enough for sustaining life, but it's like pocket money for me to buy games and renew my domain.

Smart fridges don't even improve storing food.

I won't buy a smart fridge until they can play Tetris with the food inside.

Or just use GitHub Gist or a repository. I have been uploading my arts to a repo for backup for a while now

Was playing online and saw someone with the name "Content" but the n was replaced with a Russian character. This makes it unsearchable (directly) in both English and Russian.

I live in Hong Kong and it feels like most American fast food here involves oil and deep fried food. Then I remembered at one point HK local fast food were full of MSGs.

It led me to this question. What is your local fast food obsessed with? It can be an ingredient, spice, sauce, cooking method, etc.

This was taken on March 12, 2024, on a little hill in Shatin, Hong Kong.

I'm a university student and the schedule isn't always the best, so I often go "hiking" during 2-hour breaks because the campus is built on the hill.

It was a sunny day and I walked up slope to a higher class residential area (outside campus). I saw this awesome view on a turn. This is one of my favorite photos from hiking.

If you are gonna downvote, say something.

I can't tell if you're downvoting because you saw the word "blockchain", or you really love it.

I'm using quotes in the title, because I suspect a major amount of people use the word "blockchain" loosely to refer to other related things. If you are willing to, please provide a definition of what you mean by "blockchain" as well.

I'm satisfied with mine and I use it everywhere. How about you?
