Asking for sources should never be shamed. As an OG Redditor that’s part of what caused its collapse.

Like the old days of Reddit.

I’ve come home.

I’ll make an edit. Thank you.

Maybe I’m wrong but they seem to have chosen to allow the study to be published saying the data was worth breaking ethic rules so I’d say neutered is far too reserved.

Edit: Might be wrong. See below. Seems weird that a university can’t restrict its own studies. If anyone can add to the info below I’d love to hear it. (Thanks for the added info !)

The big problem here is that while the university acknowledged they violated ethics they said “meh, it was worth getting the results” (my words).

Other researchers can use their results and be emboldened to bend or break ethics rules.

Shame on them. That’s the best I can say. Shame on you so called academics. I’ve deleted ten other versions of my remarks. This will have to do.

The kings of “neutrality” the Swiss.

You could probably access their data if you open an account there.

Can I add to this.

There’s a lot of people that aren’t able to get the vaccine who otherwise would be vaccinated.

Immunocompromised, allergy to MMR, chemo, steroids and other meds. The list goes on. These people are now in danger of suffering from hearing loss, brain damage, going blind, lung damage, learning disabilities seizures…and death.

All because Tinfoil Totin Tammy wants to be a Facebook Pharma Fighter but wound up putting the “no” in immunology” instead.

The way things are going that may be the preferred scenario.

Uhg. This is why I left Reddit. Whataboutsims and strawmen. Can we talk without an argument being the first thing out of our mouth?

Yes we are at red alert, we need to be organized to fight a coup. “But don’t you know” is the phrasing Russian bots use to get us to argue with each other here??
