As someone who moved from a deep blue state to a similar deep red state: it starts as a way to stand out as "one of the good ones". People pick up quickly that you aren't from around, and once they learn that you're from a "commie state" you're cooked. But also, some people move with an idealized view of conservative areas, and if they're still having problems it's only because conservatives haven't conserved enough.

I'm lucky I moved for school and could settle in with similar minded folks, otherwise I would have needed to move much sooner lol

Oh, definitely. It would probably be irresponsible to not monitor his media unofficially. It's the way he is acting like this is an official method of open communication to mediate between governments that's ridiculous to me. Maybe I've forgotten how things were before Twitter shut his account down, but I'm still amazed he doesn't have people who can get him to understand how bad this is

What other world leaders will even see his posts directly? I mean, I can't imagine any other country taking his Truth Social seriously enough to join it in an official capacity

Pakistan hasn't withdrawn the nomination yet. It was just the Ukrainian who seemed a bit misinformed who withdrew it

That phrase sounds a little too French for Americans to understand

Never mind that those are English words

An example of this is George Santos, who is the only Republican to have been expelled

You're right. Broken neck during delivery, caused by excessive force from the doctor.

Absolutely horrifying

Wait, who was the third person he murdered? I thought one couple survived and the wife was released from hospital today?

To be fair, I am also a millennial, but most of my friends were surprised when I told them about that correction I received from the younger generation. I guess that says more about my friends than millennials overall lol
