The meme was originally from a webcomic called Oglaf, It's very NSFW and the site for the webcomic is mostly impossible for search engines to index. It's also not easy to navigate as a human either so most have forgotten about it.

Yep, it's just what they call it when they don't want to figure out the real cause. It's a "go away" token diagnosis.

I took the cocaïne and within minutes saw the ghosts leaving my stomach. They spent hours flying around me, tormenting me and it scared the shit out of me. Stomach did feel better tho, 5 stars, would visit doctor again
