Tomorrow they'll be sucking his dick again

Well it is the best and most tremendous dick there ever was, right?

Of all the things he’s said and done… this is comment that’s beyond the pale…

[–] panda_abyss@lemmy.ca 55 points 2 days ago

That’s how I felt about his “quiet piggy” content getting so much attention.

[–] lectricleopard@lemmy.world 34 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Its not that its a horrible thing to say, its that even the his base are like "um, wut? Does having TDS mean that someone is going to kill you? Is he suggesting I kill my parents if they dont like him?" Its literally demented. He's coming across like he's yelling at the clouds.

[–] bear@lemmy.blahaj.zone 8 points 1 day ago

They don't seem to understand that trump is psychologically unfit, it's not just him having fun.

”Malignant narcissism is a severe personality construct combining Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) with antisocial traits, paranoia, and sadism, creating a destructive pattern of grandiosity, extreme entitlement, lack of empathy, manipulation, and a desire to harm others for personal gain.”

[–] FatVegan@leminal.space 9 points 2 days ago (1 children)

People should still laugh in his face because he tried to nuke a hurricane. I think it's just really hard to keep up

“Rob Reiner was a very liberal Democrat who had very strong criticism of President Trump,” Kurtz said. “And yet, I have to say,  that for the president of the United States to take this family tragedy in which both Reiner and his wife were killed and say that it’s because of ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome,’ I thought was well beneath him and beneath the office. And I think it would have been better if the president had made no comment.”

What dank hole do these people crawl out of? Where has Howard Kurtz been since 2015 that this is surprising to him?

Sounds like he should be fired from his pretend reporter role since he's apparently missed out on the last 10 years of news.

[–] PunnyName@lemmy.world 46 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Bunch of conservative assholes cheered on Pelosi's hammer attacker, even memed it up.

Fuck em all. Conservatives are the bane of humanity and humankind.

[–] psycho_driver@lemmy.world 9 points 2 days ago

MAGAs aren't really political conservatives. Political conservatives are people like Biden, Pelosi and Schumer. MAGAs are cultist domestic terrorists.

[–] prole@lemmy.blahaj.zone 5 points 2 days ago

Yup. Never let them fucking forget it. They were gleeful about that shit.

[–] kandoh@reddthat.com 59 points 2 days ago

The magical moral compass that conservatives can only access when the President's approval rating is falling to 30%

[–] Gates9@sh.itjust.works 46 points 2 days ago (1 children)

“Beneath the office”??? The motherfucker is like a diseased rat living under America’s porch.

[–] Kirk@startrek.website 7 points 1 day ago

January 6th = normal president stuff apparently

[–] D_C@sh.itjust.works 35 points 2 days ago

They are ok with the racism, the fascism, the numerous sexual assault and rape cases, the rape conviction, the being a russian stooge thing, the insurrection, being Epsteins friend before and after he was convicted of being a paedo, the stealing of top secret documents, the six bankruptcies and numerous failed businesses plus numerous fines for being corrupt etc, the 34 felony convictions etc etc etc and so on but, BUT being a cunt about an actor and director is beneath the office?

How about, fuck you.

[–] Viking_Hippie@lemmy.dbzer0.com 34 points 2 days ago (5 children)

In the good timeline, the headline is

Fox News Panel Unanimously Condemns Trump,

it's from 2015, and it's the last headline about him before he abandons his presidential ambitions and then dies from colon cancer, penniless and with his obituary being only an "in other news" on talk radio.

Everything that comes out of his mouth is beneath the office.

When he says something awful like this, though, I figure there is probably another story that he's trying to bury with manufactured outrage. I suspect Fox is on board and is with amplifying the non-news item to bury the real news item.

They will keep supporting him regardless.

Don't look to Fox for any sort of epiphany.

[–] Corporal_Punishment@feddit.uk 22 points 2 days ago (1 children)

To condemn him would have been to say something like

"What Trump said was beyond disgusting and is another example of him acting the way you would expect a toddler to act. Anyone who supports him after this has something wrong with them"

And they should have said this right after the footage of him saying he would like to grab young girls by the pussy or when he did an impression of someone with a learning disability on stage.

Too little, too late.

[–] psycho_driver@lemmy.world 3 points 2 days ago

or when he did an impression of someone with a learning disability on stage.

I'm almost willing to give him a pass on this one since he's got inside knowledge on what it's like to be someone with a learning disability.

[–] Cruxifux@feddit.nl 19 points 2 days ago (1 children)

They don’t actually care. If this hadn’t happened so close to Kirk’s death they’d all be varying degrees of “who cares” to “yeah fuck Rob Reiner.”

A lot of them on Twitter are just like “fuck Rob Reiner” anyway. But yeah this celebrity death cycle with libs and cons shaming each other based on reactions is dumb as fuck.

[–] uberfreeza@lemmy.world 3 points 2 days ago

I thought so little of them (fox at least) that I assumed they would have disregarded the proximity to kirks death and went along with it anyway. wouldnt be the first time they sanewash/downplay trump anyway.

[–] melsaskca@lemmy.ca 15 points 2 days ago

Let's apply the Kimmel rule. Trump should have his presidency cancelled for the horrendous shit he spewed about another's death. If usa ever survives this they should put rules in place so this never happens again. If the rules are already in place then maybe america deserves all of this because they won't even defend themselves from the known enemy within.

[–] RememberTheApollo_@lemmy.world 15 points 1 day ago (1 children)

But everything else he does is just fine.

[–] altphoto@lemmy.today 9 points 1 day ago

Raping, bombing. All good stuff per fox.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 14 points 1 day ago

Is cheeto mcpedo going to file an eleventy billion dollar lawsuit against Faux for being so mean to him?

[–] oopsgodisdeadmybad@lemmy.zip 14 points 2 days ago (4 children)

So this is why I heard Mom saying it was sad. She hasn't seen his movies, but knows he's super liberal and actually gave me whatever you call the vocal version of "side eye" and said "he actually came out as an atheist" as if I thought that was something rare or bad or unbelievable.

She somehow still has no idea about me tho, because I will dodge that conversation forever unless I have to directly and specifically address it.

[–] ameancow@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

She hasn’t seen his movies, but knows he’s super liberal

It makes me wonder how many MAGA drones are spitting on his life and legacy while also having core memories of movies like Princess Bride as formative, key pieces of entertainment in their lives.

[–] notwhoyouthink@lemmy.zip 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I’m sorry you have to live like that. Living under religious oppression, regardless of how passive aggressive, is incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and degrading. I hope you find peace and independence so you can live your life free of other’s delusions.

The fact that this is news is a very telling story of just how high the massive pile of shit over the US has become.

[–] fodor@lemmy.zip 13 points 1 day ago (2 children)

You never know when the mark will realize they've been conned ... the cognitive dissonance lasts for so long, and then one day they start to use their brains again, just a little ... and for some people this day was yesterday.

Somehow it amazes me that this is the issue. January 6th didn't do it, the mass murder of South American fishermen didn't do it, the sexual assaults and rapes didn't do it, the crypto-coin bribery schemes didn't do it ... Jeffrey Epstein and the pedo ring got close, no doubt about it, but not quite ... and finally, talking shit about a guy who died, that's their line, that's indecent, that's unacceptable.

Well OK, that's a weird world view, but that's what they got.

[–] buddascrayon@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 hour ago) (1 children)

When your fucking cheerleaders are criticizing you you know you fucked up. But unfortunately we're talking about Trump here. All he's going to do is suddenly decide that Fox News is no longer his friend and start criticizing them.

When Trump falls, which everyone sees as imminent, they want to have some distance on him to maintain credibility. If they're too close, they fall with him. So expect more of this. The billionaire class isn't thrilled with Trump anymore.

[–] Snowclone@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Who knew they had a moral line that isn't on wheels.

[–] deadbeef79000@lemmy.nz 4 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago) (1 children)

It's still on wheels, It's just that this time they're scoring a few points in the public eye before moving it.

At the end of the day I don’t really give a shit about what the president says about dead celebrities. Does it make him seem like an unserious person who isn’t taking the job seriously? Yes. But at the end of the day I care about policies and how the decisions he’s making are affecting people in America and around the world. Which he’s doing a horrifying job that’s multitudes worse than anything he’s ever tweeted.

[–] hanrahan@piefed.social 4 points 12 hours ago

Wait, what...this is the one.? Grab 'em by the pussy is ok?

[–] Mulligrubs@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

It's beneath anyone, nobody else would do this, even the lowest dregs of society.

It's uniquely revolting.

I can't think of anything he has said that is worse, a new low, what a disgusting piece of shit.
