Hey, brushing at least once a day while depressed is still an accomplishment.
I also don't think there's any reason to brush in the morning unless you already ate breakfast. The habit of brushing your teeth first thing after getting up is all about getting rid of morning breath. And I'm perpetually single, so I don't care.
I would like to get into the habit of brushing after breakfast before I leave the apartment for the day, though.
