That's actually not the real German law. The actual law is called Rindfleischettiketierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz. Or short: RflEttÜAÜG. It was part of an act called Rinderkennzeichnungs- und Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz (RkReÜAÜG). But sadly it was abandoned in 2013. But we have a longer one, the Grundstücksverkehrsgenehmigungszuständigkeitsübertragungsverordnung (GrundVZÜV).
