It's not her fault for not being as baked as Bev, though. The 23rd century weed was some special stuff.
Excuse me, but you mean 24th century weed.
I’m pretty sure 23rd century weed was responsible for the TOS episode “The Alternative Factor” and that one CGI sequence in the one with the whales.
24th century cultivars are just renamed and rebranded 23th century cultivars.
It all started with Scotty's use of the warp nacelles as a grow... which the constant exposure to that... created the strains Quantum Leaf and Warped Dream. mostly, Warped Dream getting renamed because...well. it sounds like a bad trip.
These type of sarcastic jokes might be amongst my favorite. They're so backhanded and bitchy and unnecessary, yet almost unnecessary at the same time. There are so many stupid fucking questions that people will ask for no reason whatsoever, while having the answers stare them right in the face. Occasionally, it's nice just to be able to treat them like the fucking idiot they are in that moment.
That's why Golden Girls is such an awesome show, its overflowing with sass and sarcasm.
