Yeah I saw that the governor is pushing that one. The governor seems to be grasping at anything that implicates him as a lefty though, while publicly saying that he would say the opposite if it were true. Just the fact that he’s disseminating information like that before anything is verified, to me, means that he’s trying to prove his narrative and not looking for answers. Also, the guy having a trans roommate and possible relationship with them could be damning of him being a righty too.
You’re in an echo chamber. There’s been conflicting evidence but no clear ideology that I have seen confirmed. The left is only focused on the evidence he was a right winger and if you go to right-wing forums they’re fixated on the things that suggest he was left-wing.
But we really don’t know for sure. Which still makes Trump’s actions unhinged but that usually goes without saying.
I'd also wonder if such a young person has a fully fleshed out position. It's easy to fall victim to the endless stream of thought terminating clichés the right employs. It's also easy to happen upon a situation that seriously calls to question some position previously solidified by those thought terminating clichés. There's reports he lived with a transgender partner. If you've bought into a lot of the hate against transgender people but then suddenly meet one that's kinda hot and into you, I can see that throwing your whole world into a tailspin.
One of the few things they seem to concretely know is that he acted alone, which makes the call unhinged no matter the ideology.
I miss the days when a murderer could just be sick in the head and that was the end of it.
That is still all it is to it. Dont get confused. You can call a turd a sandwich all day, doesn't ever make it true.
The police have said he had been moving left politically recently though it seems he might be a groyper.
No maga accusation is based in reality.
