I’m currently staking out an ICE facility in my area…monitoring their activity in order to warn people of imminent raids.

I want to purchase ten pounds of biodegradable glitter, and put piles/lines of it on the ground outside of their driveway (public sidewalk) where their raiding vehicles leave.

What is the most surreptitious method of dropping the glitter?? I’m thinking like… The Great Escape:

I’m fully prepared to get put in jail for this…but I think it would be fun to track how far the glitter follows their vehicles.

Your shoes and pants will never be the same. And they'll be able to follow your trail to your house. Also it won't track far on tires, it'll just make a big widening mess in the driveway. Save your money.

Maybe work on connecting the ICE goons with their personal vehicles.

This kind of larping is cringe and unserious. I'm not advocating for violence and I dont think single lone wolf attacks advance your cause or do anything but harm. but god dam you live in America and you say you are willing to go go jail. So then go buy a rifle and do something.
