Reddit is boosting alt right cultural content.
I think we're all experiencing it: random low-member communities get pushed into our feed for no reason, with content related to the alt-right (racist dogwhistling, gender war content, pro-Israel content, pro-capitalism "memes"...).
Today's latest addition: r/neofeudalism -- Delightful.

It's so VERY unsubtle that there's literally a post in there about it:

I noticed this started happening a few months ago after the incident with Luigi and that sub (sorry forgot the name) that got banned, followed by AI censoring everybody mentioning anything related to """violence"""
We all get fed alt-right garbage. This is the first thing I saw this morning.
Subs I follow include r/MAGANAZI so ... yeah.
I'm pretty sure new users also get recommended this slop. Early on I only used this profile for chatting and didn't interact with content, and I was exposed to the same type of content.
Don't forget r/pitofcats, r/AllOpinionsAccepted r/charts r/EconomyCharts r/TrueUnpopularOpinion ...
All alt right slop, racist dogwhistling of the most disgusting order...
And now this crap?
No, this isn't to "boost engagement". It's political censorship and boosting. I used to get recommended MASSIVE subs like r/pics or r/MarkMyWords which coincidentally are not exactly pro-Trump.
Isn't it funny to get recommended r/charts (44k members) but not r/dataisbeautiful (2.2M members)?
Hey Reddit: Fuck you. Fuck Trump. Fuck totalitarians. And fuck those who collaborate with them.
Please spread awareness that this is not a coincidence and keep it in mind when using the platform.
