I love how they painted out Superman and not the ICE getting punched. He's literally the personification of a good guy. If you painted out the ICE it would have been Superman punching anybody of your choosing. Like, you can't expect people to take you seriously if you put immigration officers above Superman on your totem pole of heroes.
