These times call for unorthodox tactics. ICE training is about 6 months.

Everyone who opposes this regime should sign up. Go through the training. Then, before you ever get an assignment, quit.

Now you have: A) wasted their time and money that could have been used to train and actual agent B) seen/learned their tactics from the inside, so you better know how to fight them C) gotten valuable weapons training, should it become necessary/valuable to have

Wouldn't be surprised if they include Training Repayment Agreement Provisions (TRAP) so if you leave during or after training you owe them money that they will send to collections.

I would personally take a different approach. Join ICE, do the training, then stay with them to subtly obstruct and sabotage their efforts from the inside.
