If You Have Choice then Which part would you choose to be born in?

You can choose which part you want, however where exactly is random based on the birth rate (if a region has a higher birth rate it is more likely that you are born there). What part would you choose and why?
Are you a big fan of Mexico?
Bigger fan than most of the other options that was presented.
I choose I. Why? I-C-E-D. Free? Yessiree. Cold and totally bold. Aloned and totally stoned.
I is the place to be. I is the place for me. High is the state of me. I choose I.
Can't tell if D or E has a higher percentage of land, but your odds of being born in the water are high for G.
however where exactly is random based on the birth rate (if a region has a higher birth rate it is more likely that you are born there).
No risk of being born in water.
D and E has higher percentage of combat zones, so maybe not the best option.
otoh E contains active warzone and D two of them or more, depending on how you count

K is objectively the right answer. Probably followed by A with a a bit of a dice roll on West Africa. Who wants to be born in a poor country?
I really like the concept here, but it needs some tweaking.

G as first choice, J is a close second.
In order of preference: K,B,H,A,G,E,F,C,I,J,D
I'd pick E if I'd land in Thailand. H would be a close second.
K is out of the question with my arachnophobia.
