One of the most-compelling arguments is simply how vocal Republicans have been in accusing opponents of election rigging. It's always projection.

Well that's a lot less of a hacky article than I was expecting - though they don't provide evidence that the claimed NSA audit actually exists, they do present a damn good case for investigating it further and a reasonably plausible vector by which the election results could have been tampered with. I doubt they were manipulated, truly the conservative bloc really is large and was far more motivated than the dems in the last election, but this is pretty solid reporting for a substack and I really hope something comes of it.

The sad thing is that it doesn't matter. Harris just noped out of there. And honestly how much choice did she have?

Democrats spent years saying how secure the election was. It would have been absolutely terrible optics for the Democrats to come out and say, "The election was rigged." No matter how true it was.

The issue we have today is that Republicans have succeeded. They sowed enough doubt that challenging them politically is near impossible. They control the courts, the legislature in enough states and federally, and now the executive. EVEN IF we get a fair election in 2028, you have a president who refuses to admit defeat and has the resources and, most importantly, the cult, that will defend him.

We are in fascism times. And not enough people are doing anything about it.

I was utterly blown away at how easily she just let it go. Pretty fucking insane.

Like, the fact that the returns tilted SO AGGRESSIVELY after a certain point in time is deeply suspicious. I’ve seen the data deep-dives that people have done on several swing counties, and it’s statistically damning. The divergence from known, expected voting patterns is unambiguous.

There are sharp, inorganic patterns in the data that cut in after a certain quantity of votes are tallied in the systems that point to algorithmic manipulation being activated - that is, there are organic/stochastically-reasonable voting patterns that are observable at first, and then it fairly sharply swaps to a clearly weighted and suspiciously consistent pattern.

And that doesn’t even count the places where ballots “apparently” had tons of down-ballot democrats, but then Trump at the top of the ticket. That does not make sense.

Narrator: nothing came of it.

I think what is it Pennsylvania or Wisconsin need a recount

And Michigan but we're a year in this is the point where ballots start disappearing.

When I woke up this morning at 4am as I usually do I checked reddit and it was the top position. Number 1. When I get back from running a few hours later it was no where to be found. It was buried from the number one slot in just a few hours. I did a search and over the last 24 hours it was posted almost 30 times all if them buried. But in the long run it is going to take a lot more than just one whistle blower to get this noticed.

Hey the Tripp lite thing expanded on in a way that makes sense and isn't even surprising. It took 20 years of incompetence and corruption to make this all possible. Should know if this is real based on how hard Republicans fight it.

I want to believe something will happen. But I'm not holding my breath

Go in front of a judge and say it.

[–] GreenKnight23@lemmy.world 12 points 3 days ago (1 children)

this is big news honestly.

[–] Soulg@ani.social 6 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Is it though?

They could all come out tomorrow openly bragging that they did infact steal it, and detail exactly what they did and how they did it. Nothing would happen, Trump would stay president.

[–] GreenKnight23@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

however, there would be a reason to begin the next steps of ousting the existing administration.

think of it like a kingdom with a corrupt king. even though we all know he killed the last king, there are no known heirs to the throne. once a new heir is found and they are better than the existing king, it's far easier to push the people into rebellion.
