if you're thinking about traveling to a level 4 country, have you considered a road trip 2 states over?

Going to ANY country and then attempting to return to the US could land you in an ICE gulag specifically chosen because it is in a Level 4 country. With no due process to prove you're a legal resident or citizen, and no recourse to get you back.
