No and even if you could, I wouldn't recommend it.
Lemmy servers are run by volunteers on infrastructure they pay for, including storage.
I suggest you post to a video sharing platform instead and post a link to th6y video.
1) Be nice and; have fun
Doxxing, trolling, sealioning, racism, and toxicity are not welcomed in AskLemmy. Remember what your mother said: if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. In addition, the site-wide Lemmy.world terms of service also apply here. Please familiarize yourself with them
2) All posts must end with a '?'
This is sort of like Jeopardy. Please phrase all post titles in the form of a proper question ending with ?
3) No spam
Please do not flood the community with nonsense. Actual suspected spammers will be banned on site. No astroturfing.
4) NSFW is okay, within reason
Just remember to tag posts with either a content warning or a [NSFW] tag. Overtly sexual posts are not allowed, please direct them to either !asklemmyafterdark@lemmy.world or !asklemmynsfw@lemmynsfw.com.
NSFW comments should be restricted to posts tagged [NSFW].
5) This is not a support community.
It is not a place for 'how do I?', type questions.
If you have any questions regarding the site itself or would like to report a community, please direct them to Lemmy.world Support or email info@lemmy.world. For other questions check our partnered communities list, or use the search function.
6) No US Politics.
Please don't post about current US Politics. If you need to do this, try !politicaldiscussion@lemmy.world or !askusa@discuss.online
Reminder: The terms of service apply here too.

Ok.... Thanks ๐๐
I have had success with catbox.moe
To embed, place an exclamation point in front of the URL like so:
Ok, embedding it is great. And I didn't know you could do that! That's so neat!
Thanks for sharing that! :)
PeerTube is the Fediverse YouTube equivalent, and you can upload video there and link to them from here.
You can create an account on a PeerTube instance.

My own take is that, due to the cost of bandwidth, it's not going to take off as well as the Twitter equivalent of Mastodon or the Reddit equivalent of Lemmy/Piefed/Mbin. But, well, they are trying. If you have really great video content that you want to upload, that'll probably help them be successful.
EDIT: Using fediverse.observer to get a list of the servers with the most users right now, here's what's on those right now. Like the Threadiverse, you can view federated content, not just local, but gives an idea of what's popular:
Swiss server. Looks to mostly be Swiss content.
Looks like some kind of indie game developer doing a bizarre game and Minecraft videos.
Looks like some guy posting videos about US political stuff.

The locally-uploaded videos are in Cyrillic, and one of the top videos has Putin's face, so I assume this is Russian or Ukrainian or something.
Based on the tags, focusing on shota/loli (i.e. anime child porn stuff). Everything locally-uploaded appears to be marked NSFW and blurred-thumbnail by default. Clicking on one has a 3d-rendered boy giving a 3d-rendered man a blowjob, so I expect that most of the local content is along similar lines.

More Cyrillic, so I'm assuming Russian or Ukrainian. The top video appears to be showing Stalin.
Assorted stuff. Antivax stuff, some European-language stuff, cat videos.
No local content; the federated stuff appears to be Italian-language.
You get the idea.
This is hosted within the territory of my country. But what is the difference between the black dots and the green dots in the EU and the USA ?
