I am actually cool with death penalty for child rapist and rapists in general. One of the things I hate the most. My only worry is false claims of rape, but we need a better response to rape in general. Seems like a ton of women are afraid to come forward because of the process and cops don't do much anyways. Or police/authority just brush it off.

Have 4 daughters and they deserve protections against these trash men that want to overpower women. I would love to meet these fucks and carry out some justice even.

Yeah I'm with you. I saw a study claiming a conservative estimate for the amount of wrongfully convicted death row folks is 4.1%. So roughly 1 in 20.

That's why I can't support the death penalty. We aren't accurate enough to use such a permanent punishment. Thats also why I take vigilante justice with a grain of salt.

But like, if we had accuracy, yeah. If ya ruin a life you ought to be punished proportionally.
