Stop policing the flags.
If your takeaway from people being tear-gassed, brutalized, and arrested while trying to stop government sanctioned kidnappings is, “Ugh, they’re waving the wrong banner, they’re gonna make us look bad 🥺,”
you are not on the side of justice. You’re a bystander critiquing resistance aesthetics while the boots are coming down.
People are scared. People are angry. People are uniting across backgrounds to stop a machine of violence. They’re uniting to stop literal fascism. This isn’t a social movement where they’re looking for new rights. They’re on the defensive to protect their existing rights from a movement who does not see them as human.
They do not need your brand guidelines.
They need solidarity.
They need courage.
They need you to pick a fucking side.

Yeah, everything isn't the internet. There is no resistance-core, not everything is a fucking aesthetic. Support resistance, even if the fucking "vibes" or whatever don't fit neatly into our algorithmic world. Go outside and touch grass you absolute troglodites.
