Good to know, I'm on Boost. I've been encountering some other pretty big issues with it but the one thing I really like about it is that it saves posts in the order of when I saved them instead of the order in which they were posted, which is how every other app I've used handles my saved posts. If I'm doing a deep dive in !ass@lemmynsfw.com and I save something from a year ago I don't want to have to scroll through a dozen pages of saved posts to get back to it.

Hit the HD button in the top right when you click on the picture and wait for the loading bar to complete.

Boost is closed source, defeating half the point of using the Fediverse in the first place. And has adverts. It's very intuitive to use, granted, I used it myself for a while, but have since transitioned to Voyager and after disabling the weird gestures controls I'm happier on this app, would recommend.

Unfortunately it does save posts in date posted order as you've said, however there's no reason you couldn't ask the devs to add a sort order feature. That's the beauty of small open source projects!

This page has a list of Lemmy apps if you want a browse of what's available, with closed source ones marked clearly:

I used to use boost for reddit, so I bought boost for Lemmy. No ads. But closed source and the video capabilities are shit.
