Why are they dressed like they’re deployed in Afghanistan about to raid a cave containing Al-Qaeda militants?

Saw something similar in San Diego, fully decked out, still get pushed out by neighborhood residents.

It seems they for now know not to open fire on taxpayers.

Will see how long this lasts. They got to be itching to pull that trigger.
