If evading the cops is a life or death thing, doubt this would be effective. You're not outrunning A cop, you're outrunning the cops (collective).
Let them get to your window, grab them, and drive like a motherfucker. Its much harder for them to catch you if they can't communicate back to other cops and coordinate.
You're not outrunning the cops (plural), at least not for long. Especially not once you've physically assaulted one, they're gonna be out for blood.

And this is how you escalate a traffic stop into attempted murder of a cop.

I don't know why you need the first part. As you said, you're running from THE cops, not the 1-4 in the cruiser. They have radios and helicopters and satellites and thermal cameras and license plate scanners and traffic cameras and informants and qualified immunity and stingrays and cooperation with other agencies.
And until they figure put an officer isn't responding, that's a head start where they aren't really looking at all that.
"Yes, Special Agent Preshuss, Officer Zetafsky just pulled over Chris Parvitol. Please send locations for their family, friends, and known High Interaction Areas."
