To be fair, Biden was a gaffe machine in the '80s, and he was quite intelligent then.
Oh absolutely, Im just already tired of people pretending he didn't say stupid shit all the time, especially near the end when the dementia was obvious
You can tell this wasn't mental illness because he didn't immediately fire the secretary of health and human services after and replace him with RFK.
