I believe Lee Gelernt for the plaintiffs in this litigation would be interested to know whether all passengers on flight #3 (GlobalX 6122) from March 15 had final deportation orders under the regular immigration laws. I don't know if there's a public source that could be used to cross check that or not.
The government has submitted a sworn statement that yes, all of those passengers were deported under other means than AEA. However, given the number of mistakes and administrative errors that have been made, it would be prudent to verify this with an independent source of information.
